About

Jing Wu is a visual Artist and Creative Director whose practice explores the intersection of tradition, technology, and absurdism. With a background in art and creative industries across London, Berlin, and Shanghai, his work blends hand-drawn with digital art processing to create visually striking and conceptually layered pieces.

Influenced by absurdist philosophy, Jing embraces the irrational and unpredictable nature of life in his creative process. He believes that meaning often emerges through spontaneity—letting the artwork and technology guide the journey rather than imposing strict control. His compositions are playful and quirky, often merging ancient symbols, cultural memory, and digital aesthetics in ways that challenge conventional narratives.

Jing's work has earned international recognition, including the Muse Creative Awards (U.S.), the Applied Arts Competition (Canada), and a nomination for the British Ecology Design Awards(illustration sector). His pieces have been exhibited at major international venues, including London’s Saatchi Gallery, and selected for the London Biennale 2025.

Jing brings a distinctive perspective that fuses cultural heritage with technological innovation—offering fresh insight and imaginative energy to today’s global creative landscape. He holds a degree from the University of the Arts London.
